1. Acceptance

By using ReportSnap you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

ReportSnap is a software-as-a-service product that connects to your Google Analytics and Search Console accounts and generates PDF reports for your clients using AI. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate reports for accounts you do not have authorisation to access.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. AI-generated content

Reports contain AI-generated narrative summaries. You are responsible for reviewing reports before sending them to clients. ReportSnap does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of liability

ReportSnap is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of material changes with 30 days notice.
