Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect your email address when you join our waitlist or create an account. When you connect your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts, we access analytics data on your behalf solely for the purpose of generating reports. We do not store your raw analytics data beyond what is needed to produce a report.

2. How we use your data

• To create and send client reports on your behalf.
• To send you product updates and your early access invitation (waitlist only).
• To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymised usage.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Google API data usage

ReportSnap uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data exclusively to generate reports for your clients. Our use of data obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We request read-only access. We never modify your Google Analytics or Search Console data.

4. Data storage

Your account data and generated reports are stored securely. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Generated PDF reports are stored for the duration of your subscription and deleted 30 days after account cancellation.

5. Third parties

We use the following third-party services to operate ReportSnap:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)
• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI narrative generation (data is not used for training)
• Amazon Web Services — file storage and processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will action your request within 30 days.
